In this context, the Square Dot team aims to develop research and provide policy advice with the view to enrich public policy with tailor-made, innovative and socially responsible solutions in the following areas:

Centro Superior de Formación Europa Sur (CESUR) is a private VET centre as well as training for employment centre. As a VET center we have two kinds of trainings: upper secondary education level (EQF level 4) and tertiary education level (EQF level 5). CESUR has been accredited by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment to provide official training in Vocational and Educational Training (VET) as well as Professional Certificates (EQF levels 1, 2 and 3). Nowadays, CESUR is made of 22 reference VET centres due to its pedagogical proposal and educational quality. All centres are based in the most important Spanish cities: Madrid, Málaga, Sevilla, Zaragoza, Murcia, Cáceres, Badajoz, Ceuta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It does also provide formal online training. From an academic point of view (Ministry of Education), CESUR is accredited to provide a large catalogue of VET courses. More than 93 different degrees are offered belonging to the most requested industrial sectors: Aeronautics, Health, Sports, Financial and Management, Trade and Marketing, Tourism, Audiovisual, Computing, and ICT. Those degrees are offered in three different modalities: under attendance (presence-based), online or dual system (work-linked training). It could be said then that Cesur is a reference of VET in Spain, indeed, the modernisation of VET has been for years one of the main priorities, providing innovative and functional training to its learners and counting not only with the most advanced technical tools but also with a highly qualified team of education and training professionals.

The core competence of “die Berater” Unternehmensberatungs GmbH (www.dieberater.com) is adult education and training. die Berater® works in around 45 branches across Austria and offers holistic consulting and training. It coaches, employees and managers, and is specialized in particular in soft skills, language and IT seminars. The portfolio is targeted at individuals, companies of all sizes and industries, as well as the public sector, e.g. the Austrian Employment Service (AMS), ministries, the European Commission, and other stakeholders of the education system.
die Berater’s Media Competence department develops educational architectures, provides tailor-made e-learning and mobile learning solutions, and produces state of the art e-learning content.
With its department bridges to europe, die Berater® has been involved in more than 160 EU-funded projects in different roles – as project coordinator, partner and evaluator. Through these projects a sustainable European partner network of more than 800 organisations from 45 countries has evolved.

Active Citizens Partnership is a Non-Profit organisation in Greece. We have extensive experience to design and support programs that address contemporary training and social needs at national and European level. With the assistance of the State and the European Union have developed measures to prevent and tackle social problems and assist vulnerable groups. In order to provide a high-quality service develops and operates innovative activities relating to:

• Greek language program for refugees and immigrants
• Entrepreneurship counseling and mentoring with special focus on unemployed and women.

Active Citizens Partnership has offices in Athens and in Sapes at the region of East Macedonia and Thrace and implements programs throughout Greece.

CESIE is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation based in Palermo (Italy) established in 2001 and committed to promote the cultural, social, educational and economic development at local, national, European and international levels. CESIE contributes to growth and development through the active participation of people, civil society and institutions, always valuing diversity. Inspired by the work and life of Danilo Dolci, CESIE focus its actions on the research of social needs and challenges and the use of innovative learning approaches. In this way, the organization actively connects research with action through the use of formal and non-formal learning approaches while pursuing its main mission to promote educational innovation, participation and growth. The organizational structure is divided into 6 thematic units working in synergy and managing activities in their specific fields: Adult education (Lifelong learning opportunities) School education (Innovation and support of diversity in school education) Migration Youth Higher Education and Research Rights and Justice.
